Jim Gallo, PhD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Center Director 

Dr. Gallo has over 20 years of leadership experience as a senior executive and management consultant. He has worked both within organizations as a senior executive leading multi state operations as well as an external consultant providing customized solutions to organizations. . He is a certified executive coach (ACTP), published author, and SPHR & SHRM-SCP certified. Jim has been HR teaching HR related courses, including SPHR/PHR certification courses at the collegiate level for over 18 years.

 

LSteelman

Lisa A. Steelman, PhD

Dr. Steelman's conducts research in the areas of feedback processes, performance management, and employee engagement. She teaches courses in Performance Appraisal, Organizational Change and Transformation, and Advanced Research Methods & Professional Development. She is the Chair of the I/O psychology program and the Director of the Center for Organizational Effectiveness, a campus based consulting group affiliated with the I/O program. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Akron.

 

 

 

Rich

Richard Griffith, PhD

Dr. Griffith is the Executive Director of The Institute for Cross Cultural Management at the Florida Institute of Technology. He has conducted funded research for the Department of Defense examining the measurement and training of cross-cultural competence. Dr. Griffith provides coaching in global leadership and executive presentations, specializing in presentations conducted abroad. He is the author of over 100 publications and presentations and is the co-editor of "The Age of Internationalization", "Leading Global Teams: Translating the Multidisciplinary Science to Practice" and "Critical Issues in Cross Cultural Management". His work has been featured in Time magazine and The Wall Street Journal.

 

 

Albert

Zhou, Zhiqing, Ph.D.

Dr. Zhou’s is one of our senior consultants and research scientists who focuses on preventing and coping with violence, aggression and conflict, improving employee health and well-being, and building organizational climates within organizations. He has conducted a number of studies to better understand various types workplace mistreatment (including aggression, violence, incivility, and abusive supervision), and how to reduce them and mitigate their impact on employees. Dr. Zhou also conducts research on the role of personality and stressors in predicting employees’ work behaviors. Dr. Zhou is experienced with statistical analysis and research methods. Dr. Zhou received his Ph.D. from the University of South Florida.
